i forgot my password and its the same password as my email so i cant log on. What can i do?

Try recovering your email pass first. That's your only chance at this point.

Go to your email isp's webmail site, and click "I've forgotten my password". Most isp's are kind enough to give you security question/answer when you initially sign up. Best of luck,
